around head, where
bottom of hat will lay.
And, from top eyebrows to
bottom of back hairline.
Remember, hats will stretch an additional couple of
inches.

Baby 3 to 6 months: Head Circumference 14"-17"
Baby 6 to 12
months: Head Circumference 16" - 19"
